Shipping & Handling
All orders will be shipped once per week each Tuesday or Saturday. Please allow a total of 5-7 business days for processing and shipping. Depending on the location parcel will be shipped, it may take longer or the parcel may arrive sooner. Please be sure to check the email provided for tracking updates.

We utilize the United States Postal Service for our shipping needs. If you experience any delays, LOST, or STOLEN packages, please keep in mind that we are not responsible. Please be sure to contact USPS directly or use the link below to file a claim:

Please be sure that you are entering your correct name and address when placing an order to prevent any delays.
If you find that you have entered the wrong information, please contact our customer service email with or order number and name in the subject field.

If an order is returned due to an insufficient address, there will be a reshipment fee of $10. It can be purchased on the website under the "Shop" tab.
